Shanna Amoroso, MSN, ACNP-BC, BS, is a certified nurse practitioner who received her bachelor’s in nursing from Drexel University and master’s in nursing from Georgetown University. With more than 15 years of experience as an ICU nurse, Shanna has a passion for helping people. After extensive training by Dr. Andrew Kwak, Shanna brings that compassion and dedication to her role as nurse practitioner and aesthetic injector at The Lumen Center.
Shanna is outgoing and works one-on-one with each patient, listening to their needs and creating a plan to achieve the natural results they have always wanted. She shares Dr. Kwak’s commitment to providing exceptional patient care and producing natural-looking results. Shanna has mastered injectable procedures such as fillers and sclerotherapy. She also performs some popular nonsurgical aesthetic techniques such as MicroNeedling and ThermiVA.
